  Very poor service, this should be a zero star review, placed an order for delivery by 8.15pm, rang the shop at 8.50pm to be told it would be delivered in 5 mins!!!!! After 10 mins rang again & was told she wasn't sure what had happened, very apologetic & our delivery was running 10 mins late!!! Did you mean nearly an hour love!! Have cancelled the order & requested a refund which, I'm told, will be in 3-5 working days - but she needs to speak to her manager to authorise it! Will be keeping an eye on my account for the money back!!
