  The agency asked me to pay agency fee of £100, i payed the deposit for the room, i payed rent for two weeks in advance,came to live in the room with all my things packed,however, the previous people living in this room where still there and said that they didn't know and weren't told to move out, this caused major confusion. End result is that i still have not got my money back and they keep moving the date of my re-payment, i don't even care for an apology at this point i just want my money back.
