  Customer service inferior. Ordered a new leather sofa after the last two from there de-laminated/peeled. Spent a lot more money this time. I ordered a sofa that in store was a MATT premium leather. What I got was a high shine leather that looked fake. Complained only to be told too bad, nothing to do with us. It's down to the manufacturer. After considerable persistence on my part, eventually got them to contact the manufacturer but still didn't get anywhere until eventually they agreed that I could choose a new sofa at a DISCOUNTED price. What a joke! Wouldn't spend a penny more in that store. Didn't even soften the blow at all, like FURNITURE VILLAGE did when my delivery was delayed they gave me free scatter cushions even though I didn't mind. Order from SCS at your peril. Though you might be lucky I guess...
